I'm not entirely sure where Ms. Unimpressed had her concerns coming from. Westwind Gardens guarantees the quality of all products that leave their premises; if you found an overall issue with the quality of the product then you should have called and told them On that note, in comparison to other flower shops their prices are more than reasonable, the quality is far superior to anything you may find at a grocery store, and the staff there is amazing and so helpful. Overall, Westwind Gardens is one of, if not the very best flower shop that I have used over the course of my life.
So I was calling florists at the last minute (my fault!), trying to find someone who could deliver an arrangement for my grandmother to send to her cousin's 96th birthday. Either they were done delivering for the day, too busy with a wedding or already closed (it was a Saturday). When I called Westwind and the woman who answered said their delivery guy was done for the day, my heart sank. But then she said, wait, where is it going? And it happened to be on her way home! Yay! Thank you so, so much for taking the extra time to do that! My grandmother got a phone call today from her cousin's son, who said it was gorgeous and his mom loved it! I wish I could have seen it!
Ive purchased multiple orders of flowers to roses to lillys to bouquet of flowers and everytime this place has made amazing arrangements and made the two most amazing girls in my life happy. Thanks westwinds.
I've made many purchases here spanning close to 15 years and have never been disappointed, or had any complaints from the recipients. I'm going to place another order after this review.
I'm going with the unimpressed. Flower's fell apart in two days all over the table. Just old sad flowers to choose from. Over all Market Bucket flowers are way BETTER. Sorry for the post, better up your game.
