I had rented from the Rochester location most of the winter then 2 of their employees moved to the somersworth location. I have since been renting from somersworth. Excellent job and very accommodating
I use this service about once a month. I drive a substantial amount for work and consistently rent a car (monthly, at a minimum). The vehicle selection has been getting worse, the service is fading and to top it all off, I get a letter in the mail that for a $0.75 toll they'll be charging me $14.00 ... Interestingly enough, every toll on my trip was registered in my ez-pass ... A quick $13.25 to give up a regular customer. Not what I ever expected from Enterprise... but that's what I've now come to expect.
Very pleasant staff. Car very clean and no problems on return. A definite to do.
