I would not trust this garage to do anything more with my car, if they can't keep track of a piece of paper during a routine inspection. I would not trust them to do any sort of repair on my vehicle.
This was my wife and I's second time purchasing a vehicle at Key Auto. No surprise but we had a fabulous experience yet again. Crystal, Marie, and the finance man were super amazing! We went in to discuss our options and ended up leaving with the perfect car! The staff members are beyond helpful, not pushy or over-bearing, and such a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough positive things about all of the employees at Key Auto they truly make the car buying process simple and stress free. They embrace you as family and I truly believe they only want what's best for you, your budget, and your needs.
As a side note: I have also heard from friends that they overcharge for their services. They had more than just a state inspection though, and so I didn't personally experience this.
Turns out, they had left my registration in another vehicle. I don't know if they looked through the vehicles they had been working on to find it, or if the owner of that vehicle found it and decided to return it.
Easy to drop off my car for inspection. But I got a call halfway through the day so they could ask me if I had taken my registration with me when I left. When I told them I didn't, they said "okay, that's all we needed to know." I did not receive a call later to let me know they had found it, so I got to wonder for the rest of the day if they did.

Key auto is definitely bar far the best car dealership i have dealt with. Excellent customer service, extremely helpful, and nice. They most definitely can finance almost anyone! This will be the only dealership i will ever deal with again!
